• The leased equipment remains the property of Prime throughout the lease period
• The lessee is responsible for providing a suitable installation site in accordance with our specifications
• Prime retains the right to access the equipment for maintenance, monitoring, and inspection purposes
• Early termination of the lease is subject to the conditions outlined in the lease agreement
